ETHICS

Lawyers are not allowed to loan money to clients, however it is ethical for a Lawyer to refer a client to a licensed financial institution like us.

Upon request we will gladly provide the attorney with their state bar opinion of the subject. These are high rate high risk loans and there are companies who provide funding to claimants and their attorneys, but cannot call it a loan. This is because they are not licensed, so they purchase a portion of the proceeds of the claim.

Why take a chance on a company who loans out money but cannot call it a loan because they are not licensed?
