HOW CAN I GET A LAWSUIT LOAN?
It is simple. You can either call us toll free at 877-305-5600, or fill out the online application. We will need to know your name and background information, a brief description of your case and your attorneys information. Once we have all of this we will contact your attorney and request documents on your case. Upon receipt of this information, we will submit your application with the documents to our loan committee for approval. If your loan is approved we contact you to sign loan documents and get your money.

ARE THERE ANY FEES?
There are no application fees, closing fees or broker fees. There is a $25 document fee. Beware of other lawsuit loan companies that charge high up front fees, closing fees and broker fees.

WHAT ARE THE INTEREST RATES?
Our rates start at 47% Annual Percentage Rate, which is 3.92% per month.

DO YOU COMPOUND YOUR INTEREST?
No. Your interest rate is fixed for the life of your loan. Beware of companies that compound interest either monthly or annually as the rate is not fixed and changes according to the terms of your agreement.

HOW DO I PAY THE LOAN BACK?
You can make payments at any time or your attorney will pay us out of the proceeds of your settlement. There are no prepayment penalties.

WHAT IF I LOSE MY CASE?
You do not have to pay us back if you lose your case, or if there are not sufficient proceeds from your claim to pay us. This is called non-recourse and our loans are non-recourse where permitted by law.

CAN MY ATTORNEY LOAN ME MONEY?
No. The American Bar Association does NOT permit attorneys to loan or advance money to their clients unless it is for costs associated with your case otherwise it is considered unethical.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Once we receive the documents requested from your attorney, it takes approximately 24-48 hours for you to get our decision. Once approved, you can get your money the next day as long as your attorney signs all necessary documents.

WHAT CAN I USE THE MONEY FOR?
You may use the money for whatever purpose you choose.
