Our rates begin at 47% apr (annual percentage rate), which is 3.92% per month.

We do not compound our interest rate, can any other company make that claim. Companies can compound monthly or annually.

There are no prepayment penalties.

We do NOT charge broker fees, closing fees and there is NO application fee. There is a $25 document fee.

Rates will vary depending on various risk factors in each case. These are high risk loans and the interest rates are higher than bank loans because of the risks being taken.
